Breastfeeding with love.
Join us for this Spanish-language workshop for breastfeeding support connectors on setting boundaries with new mothers while serving as a source of emotional support. Topics include establishing healthy boundaries, recognizing signs of postpartum depression, discussing the new mother’s mental health, and the connector’s role in accompanying mothers to medical appointments and facilitating access to resources.
Breastfeeding with love are wellness workshops for breastfeeding connectors: those mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, friends, godparents and any member of the community who accompanies or will accompany a new mother during her breastfeeding and postpartum process.
Workshops are in Spanish.
