Breastfeeding with love.
Join us for this Spanish-language workshop for breastfeeding facilitators; a space to talk about nutritious eating and hydration during breastfeeding. Benefits of breastfeeding, effects of stress on the mother during breastfeeding, and the use of herbs during breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding with love are wellness workshops for breastfeeding connectors: those mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts, uncles, friends, godparents and any member of the community who accompanies or will accompany a new mother during her breastfeeding and postpartum process.
Workshops are in Spanish.
